The innovation team consists of qualified technical representatives, trainers and solution specialists who service our extensive product range and provide the technical support for our customers. The effectiveness of this resource was once again demonstrated this year with painters from Robayne's bodyshop customers all finishing in the top 10% in the state elimination rounds of the Glasurit 2008 Painter Shoot-Out.
Robayne also manages a Painter Training Academy, the Glasurit ‘Vision Plus' performance tracking program and facilitates a ‘20 Groups' customer forum where owners and managers share information to foster continuous development by information sharing.
